Synergy’26, a national-level technical event, was hosted by Wainganga College of Engineering and Management on 28th February 2026. The event featured engaging competitions such as Project, Poster, and Paper Presentations, providing a platform for students to showcase innovation, exchange ideas, and collaborate with peers.
Supported by Wainganga Incubation Foundation and Maharashtra State Innovation Society, Synergy’26 successfully brought together creativity, technology, and learning in one dynamic experience, fostering innovation and collaboration among participants from across the nation.

Strengthening Startup Synergies: WIF Visits IIT (ISM) Dhanbad
Wainganga Incubation Foundation’s Incubation Manager, Mr. Sachin Pandey, recently visited IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and engaged in a meaningful discussion with Dr. Akanksha Sinha, CEO of ACIC IIT ISM Foundation. The visit focused on fostering collaboration to strengthen grassroots innovation and local entrepreneurship, especially in emerging and rural regions. Key discussion areas included promoting student-led innovation, empowering local businesses, hosting grassroots startup events, and exploring joint initiatives to scale impact. The exchange marked a step toward building stronger support systems for early-stage startups, and WIF looks forward to future collaborations.
